Foundry
Our foundry specializes in the production of high quality iron and aluminum. As soon as the design of a product is finalized, we can take the solid model or blueprint and turn it into reality. Our foundry is capable of the full range of casting processes, from melting raw materials to grinding the final casting.
Virgin pig iron and virgin scrap steel is fully recycled into new materials in our induction furnace. The furnace can pour up to 1400 pounds of iron in a single melt. Every heat of metal is tested with our in-house spectrometer to ensure the proper chemical composition is achieved.
Our foundry also contains two heat treatment furnaces for iron and one furnace for aluminum to perform stress relief and annealing processes.

Machine Shop
Our machine shop is equipped with seven fully functional CNC machining centers: four horizontal Mazak 630s, one horizontal Mazak 500, one Mazak Integrex 300, and one Haas VF6. MasterCam X lets us take a solid model and design a tool path for immediate use. Our CNC machines are then programmed to precisely machine to your requirements.
Once a part is finished, the Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) on the Brown & Sharp 9-15-9 can measure a part with great accuracy, as shown on the right. We have staff working 24 hours a day at the machine shop to keep production on schedule. Every casting is carefully inspected to ensure that it meets specification. |

| Pattern Making |
| As soon as we receive the CAD file or the blueprint for a project, work can immediately start to construct the pattern for the job. Our patternmaking shop is fully equipped and is operated by a technician with over 30 years of experience. |
